Juab County and Utah agencies divide records by the event and the office that created it:
- Arrest, booking, jail, and sheriff reports: call the Juab County Sheriff's Records Division
- Lower-level criminal cases: contact Juab County Justice Court for class B or C misdemeanors, infractions, and county ordinance matters
- Felony and class A cases: contact the Fourth District Court clerk in Nephi
- Your own Utah criminal history: use the Utah Department of Public Safety Bureau of Criminal Identification right-of-access process
- City or state police reports: ask the agency that created the report, such as Nephi Police or the Utah Highway Patrol
- Expungement: follow the Utah Courts process and file in the court connected to the case

The Juab County Justice Court clerk is at 160 North Main Street, Nephi, UT 84648, and can be reached at 435-623-3440. Staff hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; call to arrange a court visit because sessions vary.
